Job Responsibilities: 1. Based on company metrics, break down metrics, develop and implement phased sales plans, lead the team to complete sales tasks, and ensure team performance leads. 2. Responsible for leading the team to implement the assessment system, reward and punishment plan, clarifying standards and quantifying them to the team, and monitoring the assessment in real time. 3. Responsible for managing special affairs, strictly controlling the proportion of team special affairs, and signing and reviewing subscription materials and special affairs materials. 4. Organize daily work meetings, weekly and monthly meetings, temporary meetings, etc., to sort out customer situations, arrange and solve business problems. 5. Adjust sales rhetoric based on market and customer feedback on issues. 6. Timely resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and report them promptly. 7. Responsible for negotiating with property consultants and securing clients, ensuring the improvement of client transaction and conversion rates. 8. Responsible for or cooperating in developing customer acquisition plans, leading the team to explore customer resources through multiple channels. 9.
