Revised general technical specifications for door & window plastic hardware are released, unifying dimensional tolerance, weather resistance and sealing test standards for core parts such as sliding window anti-collision rubber, stile sealing rubber, wind blocks and center column injection sheets, filling standard gaps of special-shaped plastic accessories. Old standards only cover basic parts, while new rules add three mandatory tests: high-low temperature cycle, UV aging and repeated opening-closing abrasion.

All plastic accessories matching broken bridge aluminum and system windows must pass 500 cycles of -40℃ to 70℃ temperature test without cracking. Outdoor parts need 1000-hour UV aging test to avoid hardening and air leakage under long sun exposure. Rules limit assembly gap of buckle protectors and sample corner connectors under 0.15mm to stabilize window corner structure. Unified inspection tools and procedures align testing standards of processing and window assembly factories to cut loss from mismatched accessories. Window manufacturers select plastic suppliers based on new rules to reduce after-sales complaints of sealing noise and air leakage. Implementation eliminates low-quality plastic raw materials and pushes processors to upgrade material and mold technology for overall quality improvement.
